MULTI-MODAL MICROSCOPE

摘要

Disclosed is a multimodal microscope. The multimodal microscope is formed by integrating each optical system of a regular wide-field microscope, a confocal microscope, a two photons microscope (TPM), a fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (FLIM), and a spectral imaging spectromicroscope. By changing the modality of the multimodal microscope, beam splitters are selected in accordance to an optical path of the optical system selected by a switching filter method to acquire various modalities of images for one specimen; thus performing an overall specimen analysis.
