The present invention relates to a composition for detecting a marker for diagnosing a HER2 inhibitor-resistant cancer, a diagnostic kit comprising the same, and a method for detecting a marker and, more specifically, to a composition for detecting a marker for diagnosing a HER2 inhibitor-resistant cancer easily and reliably determining resistance of a HER2-positive cancer patient against a HER2 inhibitor conventionally prescribed to HER2-positive cancer patient, to a diagnostic kit comprising the same, and to a method for detecting a marker.
