The present invention relates to a charge and discharge scheduling apparatus of an energy storage device and a method thereof. The present invention minimizes total costs by the charge and discharge of an energy storage device which is connected to an electrical grid and to which the depreciation of the internal chemical property of the energy storage device and a time-based charge difference of the electrical grid to supply power to a load part are applied. Also, in consideration of use element of a decentralized power supply according to a demand reaction signal, the present invention can effectively supply power to a demand power market.
