A radiation shielding device according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a shielding door which can be slid to shield an internal space from the outside; a step groove which has a stepped groove formed in a bottom part adjacent to the shielding door; a shielding layer which is connected to the lower part of the shielding door and is inserted into the step groove; and a connection part which is inserted to fill the bottom part disconnected by the step groove.
