Provided is a foaming panel composition comprising 5 to 50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler based on 100 parts by weight of a synthetic resin. Also, provided is a foaming panel including a foaming layer formed by foaming the foaming panel composition. Provided is a method for manufacturing a foaming panel, comprising the steps of: preparing a foaming panel composition including 5 to 50 parts by weight of an inorganic filler for 100 parts by weight of a synthetic resin; and forming a foaming layer by continuous foaming extrusion of the foaming panel composition.
