According to one embodiment of the present invention, a liquid crystal display device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate facing each other; a gate line and a data line formed on the first substrate; a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the data line; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; and a common electrode overlapped with the pixel electrode while an insulation film is placed therebetween, and including a plurality of branched finger electrodes and a connection part which connects the branched finger electrodes, overlaps the data line, and is stretched alongside the data line. The width of the connection part of the common electrode is about 8.0 to about 13.5 μm. |
