Upon acceptance of the specification of attribute information related to an environment where power is supplied, a power distribution management apparatus (10) calculates the degree of similarity between attribute information contained in history information where a combination pattern of open and closed states of switches that switch a path through which the power is supplied between a substation and load equipment of a customer is associated with the attribute information related to the environment where the power is supplied, and the specified attribute information. Furthermore, the power distribution management apparatus (10) extracts a combination pattern of the open and closed states of switches whose degree of similarity satisfies a predetermined condition among the history information.
