Embodiments of systems and methods that dynamically provide users with training/seminar presentations or direct users to attend specific training or seminars based on user demographics, other user demographics and results metrics. Embodiments of systems and methods that predict a user's potential progress when compliant or based on measured compliance with seminar participation based on other user demographics, other users' results metrics, health or training profession's analysis, and the user's result metrics before, after, and while participating in the seminars. Embodiments of systems and methods that determine a user's results or metric based on a combination of inputs including user subjective and objective data or input and health or training profession's analysis.
