An antenna unit provided with: a base plate on which at least a part of an antenna member is disposed; an inner cover attached to the base plate while covering at least a part of the antenna member; and an outer cover covering the inner cover over the base plate, wherein a locking nail for affixing the outer cover is provided on the inner cover side. An affixing piece engaged with the locking nail is provided on the outer cover side, an engaging portion of the affixing piece being formed in a recessed surface shape instead of a through-opening. The configuration eliminates the need for providing the affixing piece with a nail-shaped protrusion, thereby preventing damage to the affixing piece. In addition, the affixing piece is not readily subject to a defect such as a weld, so that increased mechanical strength can be achieved. |
