The present invention provides a method, device, terminal and base station for processing a cell measurement, wherein the method comprises: receiving measurement interval configuration information under a double-link of a User Equipment (UE) transmitted by the base station; determining that sub-frames of cells to which the UE under the double-link belongs under a first network node and a second network node are not aligned; determining, according to the measurement interval configuration information, a start time of a first measurement interval when the measurement is started in the belonged cell under the first network node; determining a start time of a second measurement interval according to the start time of the first measurement interval and a pre-determined policy being set to record a relationship between the start time of the first measurement interval and the start time of the second measurement interval when the measurement is started in the belonged cell under the second network node. With the present invention, waste of resources is effectively avoided and an effect of improving user throughput is achieved. |
