The present invention relates to a method for producing virus antigen protein using cell line having lost a Bst2 gene function and, more specifically, to a method for producing virus antigen protein by promoting proliferation of target virus by eliminating Bst2 gene from a cell line capable of producing virus. According to the present invention, the promoting method of the present invention can increase a yield in the production of virus antigen protein, thereby being effective in the production of a vaccine for treating and preventing viral disease. |
