The present invention provides a vehicle under-coating agent and a method for producing the same. The vehicle under-coating agent comprises: 60-95 wt% of an elastomer; 1-22 wt% of xylene; 1-12 wt% of tar; 1-12 wt% of a thickening agent; and 1-30 wt% of an alkyl resin. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an elastomer is used as a main ingredient, is not hardened in a rigid state by a rubber component even in a dried state, and has a cushion which is to be pressed when rubber is pressed. Accordingly, foreign materials or grains are scattered during a road or unpaved road driving step. Even when the foreign materials or grains collide with an under-coated part, a shock sound is not more loudly generated but is absorbed, so noise is reduced. Weight of a coating agent is reduced by approximately 30%, and fuel efficiency of a vehicle may be saved. Furthermore, set-to-touch time and complete drying time are very good, so work is activated. Also, viscosity is optimized, and excellent adhesion and coating power are ensured. Chemical resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance are excellent, so an original sate of a vehicle is maintained and a lifecycle is extended. |
