The present invention relates to an surgical lamp of which color temperature and brightness can be adjusted. More particularly, the surgical lamp is formed to be used as a medical lamp having an LED as a light source, has a light amount needed for a surgery environment, and enables a user to adjust the color temperature of the light source according to the purpose of a surgery. Three different kinds of phosphorus fluorescent materials are applied to the surface of the LED, which is a white light LED with high output. Brightness of the LED for each kind of the phosphorus fluorescent material is adjusted to adjust the color temperature as desired. The LED light source is formed in one package. When a color is adjusted, the total color temperature can be adjusted by mixing the color to be spread uniformly without undesired concentration, and also brightness can be adjusted.
