A pupil extraction method using a neighbor aggregation binarization is disclosed. To this end, the present invention comprises: a step for removing glints appearing in the image information acquired by photographing an eye part; a neighbor aggregation binarization step comparing the glint-removed image information with a set reference grey level value so as to correct the image information; a step for determining a pupil region by using the center of gravity of the image information obtained by the neighbor aggregation binarization step; and a step for aggregating boundary points between a pupil and an iris by using the center of gravity in the determined pupil region.
