A behavioral assessment device 10, which a user uses by wearing, is provided with: a detection unit 2 that detects information corresponding to movements of the user; a control unit 1 that identifies an action of the user on the basis of the information detected by the detection unit 2; and a memory unit 5 that stores the action identified by the control unit 1; wherein, the control unit 1 compares an identified present action with a past action stored in the memory unit 5; determines whether the present action is a recommended action in relation to the past action; and activates a notification unit 7 on the basis of this determination.
