[Problem] To provide a photoelectric conversion element in which imaging characteristics are improved, a solid-state imaging element, and an electrical device. [Solution] A photoelectric conversion film including a subphthalocyanine derivative represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), X is a substituent group selected from the group consisting of halogens, hydroxy groups, thiol groups, amino groups, substituted or non-substituted alkoxy groups, substituted or non-substituted aryloxy groups, substituted or non-substituted alkyl groups, substituted or non-substituted alkyl amine groups, substituted or non-substituted aryl amine groups, substituted or non-substituted alkylthio groups, and substituted or non-substituted arylthio groups; R1-R3 are each independently a substituted or non-substituted ring structure; and at least one of R1-R3 includes one or more hetero atoms in the ring structure. |
