A method for manufacturing an organic EL display panel in which a substrate is prepared, at least a first electrode is formed as a plurality on the substrate, a partitioning wall layer comprising a photoresist material and having openings at locations corresponding to each of the first electrodes is photolithographically formed on the substrate on which the first electrodes were formed, a functional layer is formed by applying ink containing a functional material to each of the openings and by furthermore drying the ink, and at least a second electrode is formed on the functional layer; wherein when the partitioning wall layer is formed, the photoresist material is applied on the substrate on which the first electrodes were formed, the photoresist material is exposed via a mask, a development process is subsequently performed to open the locations on the photoresist material corresponding to each of the first electrodes, the opened photoresist material is completely exposed to light, and the completely exposed photoresist material is sintered. |
