The invention relates to an organic-inorganic mineral composition allowing the content of healthy chemical elements that can be assimilated from the ground by plants to be maintained or increased, transforming the organic part into an organic-mineral part, which comprises organic material including industrial organic waste, mineral salts including natural inorganic mineral salts from caliche, diatoms and charcoal and/or mineral coal.
