A motor stator and a motor provided with the same. The motor stator (100) comprises a stator core (1) and multiple bosses (2). The stator core (1) is annular and comprises multiple stator teeth (11) distributed along a circumferential direction. A stator slot (12) used for winding a winding is defined between neighboring stator teeth (11). A radial first end of each stator tooth (11) is provided with a tooth boot (111) and a second end of each stator tooth (11) is provided with a yoke (112). The multiple bosses (2) are separately disposed on an end surface of at least one axial end of the multiple stator teeth (11). Each boss comprises a dedendum (22) and an addendum (23) connected to the dedendum (22). The position of the addendum (23) is corresponding to the tooth boot (111) of the corresponding stator tooth (11).
