The present invention provides a method for multi-user uplink data transmission in a wireless communication system and a device therefor. Specifically, a method for multi-user uplink data transmission in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving a sounding request frame from an access point (AP) by a station (STA) ; and transmitting, by the STA, a sounding frame to the AP in response to the sounding request frame, wherein the sounding request frame may include information indicating the number of streams through which the STA should transmit the sounding frame, and the sounding frame may include as many long training field (LTF) symbols as the streams.
