The present invention relates to a physical chemical waste water treatment apparatus purifying more waste water generated in a car wash. The apparatus in the present invention for achieving the same comprises: an inflow water collecting well (200) having waste water generated in a car wash flowed in, including a sediment tank (210) on one side, a flow rate adjusting tank (220) on the other side based on an oil/water separating wall (212) as a boundary; a coagulated precipitator (500) for increasing coagulative depositing properties of sludge by receiving a polymer stored in a drug supply part (300) in the following step of the inflow water collecting well (200), while a treated water line (TL) is formed between the coagulative precipitator (500) and a back filter (600) of the next step; and a treated water collecting well (800) divided into an ultraviolet-sterilizing chamber (810) having an ultraviolet sterilizer (811) sterilizing E.coli and the like remaining in secondarily treated water flowed in from the back filter (600), and a storage tank (820) storing the finally treated water in the step next to the back filter (600). |
