PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING CPG OLIGONUCLEOTIDE

The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for inducing immune responses in the body of a patient receiving treatment. The pharmaceutical composition comprises: (a) 1 μg/ml to 100 μg/ml of an antigen; (b) 25 μg/ml to 500 μg/ml of a CpG oligonucleotide having a sequence 5'-tcgacgttcgtcgttcgtcgttc-3'; and (c) 25 μg/ml to 500 μg/ml of an aluminum adjuvant. The pharmaceutical composition can induce or enhance immune responses in the body of the patient receiving treatment to antigens.
