The utility model relates to a thermal-insulation washer which will find an application as a fastening element in the field of construction, in particular in mounting various types of panels to support structures. The washer has a truncated cone body (1), whose lateral surface is concave. Inside the body (1), a central opening is (2) is created, which, in its upper part, is widened by a stepped opening, and in its lower part – by a coaxial opening (8). The stepped opening consists of an outer step (6) and inner step (7). The thermal-insulation washer is equipped with a movable cover (3). In the upper part of the body (1) two symmetrically positioned grooves (5) are made. The washer is made of a UV-resistant polycarbonate.
