The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for a scalp and hair, which not only shows excellent anti-dandruff effects, but also has effects of relieving the scalp owing to skin moisturizing and irritation relieving properties. More specifically, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition for the scalp and hair, which comprises, as an active ingredient: at least one extract of an herb selected from the group composed of rosemary, sage, nettle, and thyme; and an anti-dandruff agent. |
