[Problem] To stop an increase in temperature inside a building and to allow even an amateur to be able to handle synthetic grass or natural grass when laying synthetic grass or planting natural grass on a rooftop of a building or the like. [Solution] This raised floor mat has a base plate and a surface layer member placed on the base plate. The base plate is configured so that a stand is provided on the bottom side of a plate-shaped base body and a thermal insulating space is formed under the base body, and the base body has first water penetration holes formed therein passing through in the vertical direction. The surface layer member has second water penetration holes formed therein passing through in the vertical direction. When this raised floor mat is laid on a rooftop of a building and the like, the thermal insulation properties of the raised floor mat increase and heat from the rooftop or the like is not easily transferred to the surface layer member. Thus, heat accumulated in the raised floor mat is not easily transferred to the building. |
