The present invention provides a light conversion film in which decreases in light emission efficiency are minimized even when light is continuously emitted and in which changes in polarization degree are minimized even in a humid and hot environment, a method for manufacturing the light conversion film, a laminate, and a method for manufacturing the laminate. This light conversion film contains a polymer and quantum rods, the quantum rods being oriented such that the long axes of the quantum rods are parallel to one direction parallel to a surface of the light conversion film, and has a water content of 1.0% or less and an oxygen permeability coefficient of 200 cc·20 μm/m2·day·atm or less.
