[Problem] To provide a printer and an ink temperature adjustment method with which higher quality printed objects can be stably manufactured. [Solution] The present invention is a printer (100): which is equipped with an ink supply unit (10) for supplying ink, a plate cylinder (20) to which said ink is applied via a roll group (Q) consisting of multiple rolls, a blanket cylinder (30) abutting against said plate cylinder (20), and an impression cylinder (40) abutting against said blanket cylinder (30); and in which an object to be printed is guided by the impression cylinder (40) and ink is transferred from the plate cylinder (20) to the object being printed via the blanket cylinder (30). A first temperature measurement device (51) for measuring the temperature of the ink on the surface of the plate cylinder (20) is permanently installed in the printer (100). |
