Disclosed is a dual-stage compressor, comprising an upper air cylinder (102) and a lower air cylinder (101), a middle baffle plate (103) being disposed between the two; a sliding plate groove for accommodating a lower air cylinder sliding plate (104) is disposed within the lower air cylinder (101), the bottom of the lower air cylinder (101) also being provided with a lower flange (105); a tail part closed chamber (14) in communication with the sliding plate groove is disposed at the end of the lower air cylinder (101) nearest to an air inlet thereof; an air control passage in communication with the tail part closed chamber (14) and an air intake port of the lower air cylinder (102) is disposed on the upper air cylinder (102) and the middle baffle plate (103); and an air control locking structure for fastening or loosening the lower air cylinder sliding plate (104) is disposed in the tail part closed chamber (14). During the process of air compensation of the upper air cylinder (102), part of the compensated air pressure flows via the air control passage into the tail part closed chamber (14) to control the fastening or loosening of the lower air cylinder sliding plate by the air control locking structure, thereby controlling whether the lower air cylinder (101) is implementing air suction and compression and controlling whether the lower air cylinder (101) is entering an air compensation operation; the switch of the dual-stage compressor between single and dual-stage is thereby adjusted, and the performance of the compressor is improved. An air compensation system of an air conditioning system and an air conditioning system are also disclosed.
