Disclosed are a calculation and compensation device and method for path loss. The method comprises: acquiring a performance parameter of an original signal which is generated by a base station device and transmitted to an antenna through a transmission channel, and a performance parameter of an antenna receiving signal after the original signal reaches the antenna; and according to the performance parameter of the original signal and the performance parameter of the antenna receiving signal, calculating the path loss of the transmission channel. According to the embodiments of the present invention, by means of the technical solution, the consumption of a large amount of human resources is not needed to climb to a tower to measure the path loss, and estimating the path loss according to a cable index is not needed either. A practical, accurate and convenient path loss calculation solution is provided, and on this basis, the path loss compensation is conducted, thereby guaranteeing the power stability of an antenna radiation signal, the stability of a coverage range and the stability of network performance, and enabling the maximum power of the antenna radiation signal to be consistent with the maximum transmission power of a cell configured at a network management background. |
