Seal and corresponding sealing assembly

The seal comprises a tubular support (1) and two annular sealing portions (2,3) that are enclosed on outer periphery (4) of support. The sealing portions are made of high temperature resistant non-elastomeric sealing material preferably PTFE. The sealing portions are provided with inner sealing lip (5.1,5.2) and outer sealing lip (6.1,6.2) on outer periphery and inner peripheries (7,8) of support, so that machine element (11,12) can be sealed.
