According to one embodiment of the present invention, the ship having a thruster comprises: a hull having a through portion; a thruster installed in the through portion provided in the hull; and a thruster cover unit coupled to the hull and provided to be opened and closed by a flow of a fluid in accordance with whether or not the thruster is operated.
