The present invention relates to a hygienic safety securing medicine bottle contact socket capable of hygienically and safely making a medicine bottle come in contact with a port of a infusion solution bag, and to a infusion solution product packed and sterilized while the contact socket is pre-coupled with a port of the infusion solution bag or while the contact socket is separated from a port. The hygienic safety securing medicine bottle contact socket according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body and a punching unit disposed in the body. The body comprises: a port coupling unit having a port of the infusion solution bag inserted in one side end thereof to be supported thereby; and a medicine bottle coupling unit connected with the other side end of the port coupling unit. The punching unit comprises: a wall unit for compartmenting the port coupling unit and the medicine bottle coupling unit of the body; a medicine bottle cover punching needle and a port cover punching needle provided in the central of the wall unit while being connected with each other, so a medicine in a medicine bottle may be fed in the infusion solution bag; and hygienic safety covers respectively covered over front end parts of the medicine bottle cover punching needle and the port cover punching needle. Furthermore, the infusion solution product according to the present invention is sterilized and packed while a hygienic safety securing medicine bottle contact socket is coupled with a port of the infusion solution bag or while a hygienic safety securing medicine bottle contact socket is separated therefrom.
