An in-cell touch display screen, and display device and drive display method thereof, the method comprising: outputting a predetermined frame (502); initially scanning a touch sensing electrode to obtain initialized scanning data as basic data (503); alternately outputting a display frame and the predetermined frame, and every time, after outputting the predetermined frame, scanning the touch sensing electrode to obtain display scanning data (504); and comparing the display scanning data with the basic data to determine whether a touch behavior occurs (505). The predetermined frame is inserted before normal display between every two display frames, and the touch scanning is performed after the predetermined frame is displayed, thus avoiding the impact of stray and coupled capacitance on the scanning result of a touch control integrated circuit, and reducing the possibility of misjudgment of a touch behavior. |
