The present invention related to an integrated crank arm and a spring operation mechanism using the integrated crank arm. The integrated crank arm comprises a cover that extends left and right along the axis; the cover is provided from left to right a first, second, third, and fourth installation plates, the plates being arranged in intervals; the first installation plate and the second instillation plate are provided with connector pin holes for installing a corresponding connector; the second installation plate and the third installation plate are provided with roller pin holes for installing corresponding rollers that store energy when the circuit is broken; the third installation plate and the fourth installation plate are provided with a cushion pin hole for connecting a corresponding cushion. The present invention provides an integrated crank arm that can be provided with a cushion or with simultaneously a cushion and a roller that stores energy when the circuit is broken, and a spring operation mechanism using the integrated crank arm.
