The present invention relates to a parkinson′s disease induced animal model and a use thereof and, more specifically to a producing method of a parkinson′s disease induced pig in which N-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) is induced as an animal model for testing an effect of a therapeutic agent for parkinson′s disease and a use thereof. In addition, the present invention comprises: a method for preventing a parkinson′s disease using the animal and a screening method of the therapeutic agent; and a method for using the parkinson′s disease induced animal model by analyzing a behavior score.
