The present invention relates to a diaper unit for adults, which comprises: a diaper worn by a wearer; a sensor unit installed on the diaper for sensing excretion of the wearer; and a control unit prepared with a communication module for transmitting an excretion sensing signal through a wireless communication net to a terminal of a protector, in the case of sensing the excretion of the wearer through the sensor unit. According to the present invention, the diaper unit for adults is capable of preventing the wearer from wearing the diaper with the excretion for a long period of time, by sensing whether to have the excretion of the diaper wearer by the protector through the communication module in a remote distance.
