According to the present invention, provided are a new seasoning sauce composition for laver, and seasoned laver using the same. When dried laver is roasted, lotus root powder and lotus leaf powder are applied as main ingredients for a seasoning sauce for seasoning the laver. Accordingly, the taste and flavor of lotus roots and lotus leaves may be provided to roasted laver, and nutrients of lotus roots and lotus leaves may be consumed together with the laver, so an applied range of lotus roots, lotus leaves, and laver is enlarged and sales of laver are promoted. Consequently, not only in laver production farms and processing companies but also in lotus root and lotus leaf production farms, an increase in incomes is promoted. The seasoning sauce composition for laver according to the present invention comprises: 82.0-90.0 wt% of lotus powder produced by mixing lotus root powder and lotus leaf powder at a weight ratio of 1:1; 7.0-11.0 wt% of corn oil; 2.5-5.0 wt% of sesame oil; and 0.5-2.0 wt% of salt. |
