摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ginseng and chicken porridge which is developed to quickly provide ginseng and chicken porridge by reducing time for manufacturing the porridge by preparing soft-boiled rice, a base material for the porridge, in advance. The method includes the steps of: (A) producing broth of ginseng and chicken by putting chicken, ginseng, jujubes, whole garlic, and whole ginger in purified water and boiling the same and then picking up and keeping the chicken, the ginseng, and the jujubes; (B) preparing and inserting 125-450 parts by weight of the chicken, 340-370 parts by weight of the soft-boiled rice, 11-13 parts by weight of rice powder, and 500-600 parts by weight of the broth of ginseng and chicken in a cooking vessel; (C) putting the chicken aside in a side of the cooking vessel while content in the cooking vessel is boiled to be 90-100°C, spreading the soft-boiled rice with a pressing tool, and repeatedly agitating the content in the cooking vessel to be mixed well; (D) inserting 2.5-3.5 parts by weight of salt in the cooking vessel when the broth of ginseng and chicken start to be boiled, and heating and agitating the porridge for 7-10 minutes to be thick with the concentration at a certain level; and (E) stopping heating the cooking vessel, putting the content in the cooking vessel in a bowl, and then placing the ginseng, the jujubes, and the seaweed powder, and the sesame powder on the content.
