METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING HIGH-, MEDIUM- AND LOW-VOLTAGE POLES

The invention relates to a system and a method for monitoring high-, medium- or low-voltage poles located in isolated areas. According to the invention, the system consists of some sensors (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I) for measuring the parameters characteristic to a high-, medium- or low-voltage pole (1) which provide output signals corresponding to the measured values, by means of a wireless device (13), to a processor (12) which processes the information, converts it into signals which are further transmitted through the same wireless device (13) provided with a GSM/GPRS antenna (15) or by radio to a remote control unit (14), the entire process being performed through a control board (16), which is a device controlled by the processor (12), and connected to the sensors, and which is a point from which the data are initially transmitted to and from the sensors (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I), all the components being supplied through a circuit (17) for supply by electromagnetic induction due to the electromagnetic field in the vicinity of the high voltage lines. As claimed by the invention, the method consists in activating the supply circuit (17), by a transmission starting sequence sent by the processor (12), after which, the processor (12) sends a starting sequence for the wireless device (13), for the control plate (16) and for the sensors (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I), the data are measured by the mentioned sensors and transmitted, through the control board (16), back to the microprocessor (12), the processor (12) analyzing the transmission of the values measured by the sensors through the wireless device (13), and performing the calculations for comparing the measured values with some preset values, the data being then transmitted through the antenna (15) to the remote control unit (14), as a single data packet.
