The present invention determines whether a first moving subject inside a previous image and a second moving subject inside a current image are the same object. An information processing device has: an subject information acquisition means for acquiring the orientation, size, and position of the first moving subject inside the first image, and the orientation, size, and position of the second moving subject inside the second image; an estimation means for deriving the estimated position of the first moving subject in the second image on the basis of the orientation, size, and position of the first moving subject inside the first image and the orientation and size of the second moving subject inside the second image; a calculation means for calculating the distance between the estimated position of the first moving subject inside the second image and the position of the second moving subject inside the second image; and a determination means for determining, on the basis of the distance, whether the first moving subject and the second moving subject are the same object. |
