The present invention relates to: a feed additive composition for enhancing the growth and development of shrimp, the composition comprising, as an active ingredient, a mixture of turmeric and stevia or stevioside; and a feed comprising the composition. The mixture of the present invention is included in a feed additive and thus remarkably enhances the growth and development of shrimp. Simultaneously, due to having a function of purifying the quality of water for farming shrimp, the mixture can reduce the rate of mortality caused by water quality deterioration. Therefore, the mixture can be more usefully used in the shrimp farming industry.
