A method and device for calibrating a CT image and a CT system are provided by the present invention. The method comprises: arranging fixed calibration pieces outside a channel area of a CT scanning device and inside a largest reconstruction area, and storing the theoretical values of the fixed calibration pieces; acquiring the projection data of the fixed calibration pieces, and obtaining actual reconstruction images of the fixed calibration pieces; and comparing the actual reconstruction images with the stored corresponding theoretical values, establishing a mapping function that calibrates the actual construction images into the theoretical values. With the present invention, the calibration quality can be improved efficiently, the effect of the image calibration can be enhanced, the reliability of the CT scanning device can be improved, the maintenance cost is saved and a high practical application value is obtained. |
