<p>The present invention relates to a device comprising a first three-dimensional guide (1) intended to be positioned by clipping on a bone (C) of a patient's joint that is to be restored, and a second guide called a "multifunctional" guide, in which the first guide (1) comprises a body (2), substantially in the shape of a U with a central portion (3) and two flexible branches (4), two drill bushes oriented parallel to the direction of clipping, in which the second guide comprises a cutting guide, a drilling jig and a custom stop, in which the cutting guide comprises a rod of revolution about a third axis, and in which the drilling jig comprises a face extending in a second plane, and in which the surface of the custom stop corresponds to a part of the first contact surface, by translation in the direction of the third axis, either for a first relative position of the first guide and of the second guide, in which position the third axis would be coincident with the first axis and the first plane would be parallel to the second plane, or for a second relative position of the first guide and of the second guide, in which position the third axis would be coincident with the second axis and the first plane would be parallel to the second plane.</p> |
