The present invention provides a curtain textile for a vertical blind, configured by weaving: a mesh part (6) for light transmission by inputting synthetic threads (12a, 12b) and low melting threads (14a, 14b) as warp and weft and performing a plain weaving operation; and an awning part (4) for a sunlight shade and a view blocking function, wherein the mesh part (6) is woven while eliminating the low melting thread (14a) woven with the warp; and the awning part (4) is woven to position a folding part (10) within the awning part (4) for easily folding the awning part (4) by inputting only the low melting thread (14b) as the weft to perform a weaving operation and then cutting the low melting thread (14a) input as the warp and woven. The present invention forms a blocking screen (8) by folding the awning part (4) in half around the folding part (10) and forms the folding part (10) formed between the awning part (4) of the curtain textile (2), easily folds the curtain textile (2); heat-treats the woven textile (2) for fusing and hardening the low melting threads (14a, 14b) and making the awning part (4), woven as a fabric, stiff, so maintaining a blind shape and having an excellent sunlight shade function as the blind; conveniently weaves the curtain textile (2) by the plain weaving method to enhance productivity of the curtain textile (2); and removes the low melting thread (14a) inputted as the warp of the mesh part (6) by a set ratio to enhance the appearance of the mesh part (6) when the vertical blind (1) is installed. |
