The present invention relates to a rescue device for an elevator and an elevator, capable of reducing a rescue time by preventing time to adjust positions of a stopped unit and a rescue unit. The rescue device (20) for an elevator is placed over rescue holes (10a,10b) placed on a side wall of an elevator partition (2), faced by a first elevator car (2a) and a second elevator car (2b), which are adjacent to a hoist way (1) of the elevator. The rescue device includes: a pair of fixing sleeve parts (22a,22b) having a side fixed to a fixture (12a) of the rescue hole (10a) of the first elevator car (2a) and having the other side fixed to a fixture (12b) of the rescue hole (10b) of the second elevator car (2b); and a path sleeve part (21) placed between the fixing sleeve parts (22a,22b) and forming a path to allow people to move between the rescue hole (10a) and the rescue hole (10b). The path sleeve part (21) is formed of flexible fiber materials. |
