The present invention relates to an apparatus to verify polishing of an electrode tip of a spot welding device which inspects a polishing condition of an electrode tip detachably installed in a spot welding gun. More specifically, the apparatus to verify polishing of an electrode tip of a spot welding device presses both sides of a pressure sensitive paper with a pair of electrode tips in a similar way when two sheets of metal plates are spot-welded; reads a pressure mark shown in an image by a color formation of a pressed portion of the electrode tip to inspect a condition of the electrode tip; is installed in a product production process line on which the spot welding gun is installed to inspect the electrode tip in real time; alarms a user to polish, replace, or align the electrode tip in accordance to an inspection result; stores the pressure sensitive paper and the image as recorded materials to use the recorded materials as data for the basis of guaranteeing quality of a welded condition; and provides an adequate electrode tip polishing frequency and an adequate replacement time point to dedicate in managing the process line.
