A performance testing apparatus for a rolling damping device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a weight which generates a rolling motion in a hull; and a drive part which swings the weight. The performance testing apparatus for a rolling damping device according to the present invention can perform a trial test of a rolling damping device by rolling the hull using an effect, which is the same as applying external force to the hull, without the generation of waves using a high-priced wave machine. |
