The present invention relates to a soil quality improvement method for purified soil, which recycles the purified soil by recovering an ecological function through mixing organic ingredients with the purified soil purified by removing remaining contaminants from contaminated soil. The present invention comprises the following steps: mixing organic ingredients with the purified soil to recover the ecological function of the purified soil purified by removing remaining contaminants; passing the purified soil mixed with the organic ingredients through a sieve formed with multiple meshes having a fine size and filtering the purification soil to have a fixed size; and measuring the ecological function recovery state and the particle size of the purified soil. In the case that the particle size of the purification is fine and the ecological function recovery state is incomplete, the organic ingredients are mixed again with the purification soil, and the state of the purified soil mixed with the organic ingredients is checked.
