An energy-saving effect calculation method and device do not need correction or approximation of an energy-saving effect, are rarely influenced by an external condition, and can calculate a relative accurate energy-saving effect. An energy-saving control switch part (15A) takes an interval, which is arranged when the number of segment effect calculation periods is multiple, as a unit, and switches validation/invalidation of energy-saving control. An interval data record part (15B) takes external condition variable value measured in the intervals, the validation/invalidation of the energy-saving control in the interval and equipment energy consumption measured in the interval as interval data (14B) of the interval to be recorded in a storage part (14). An energy-saving effect calculation part (15E) selects groups of valid intervals and invalid intervals of a difference of the mutual external condition variable values in a scope of a judgment reference value, and calculates an energy-saving effect during an effect calculation period based on energy consumption differences of the valid intervals and the invalid intervals of the groups. |
