METHOD, DEVICE AND USER EQUIPMENT FOR READING/WRITING DATA IN NAND FLASH

A method, device and user equipment for reading/writing data in a NAND Flash. The method comprises: receiving an instruction to read data, wherein the instruction to read data comprises: the size of data to be read and the physical address of the NAND Flash where the data to be read is stored; looking up the physical address in a cache; when the physical address is not found in the cache, dividing a cache data area out from an internal memory according to the size of the data to be read and the actual physical block size of the NAND Flash; and reading the data to be read from the NAND Flash according to the physical address and caching the data to be read in the cache data area. Thus the problem of the reading/writing efficiency being low and the working life of a NAND Flash being short can be resolved.
